Our handyman services are tailored for smaller projects that don’t require extensive planning or project management. An experienced technician will visit your site, gather materials, and complete the work on a Time and Materials basis.
Handyman Services
Our handyman services are designed to keep things simple and efficient. Work is billed at $155 per hour, with materials charged at cost plus a 30% markup. Time is calculated from when our technician leaves the shop until the project is complete, including any off-site coordination or sourcing.
To secure priority scheduling, we offer a placeholder contract of 50 hours of service and $2,500 in materials. This isn’t a minimum or final cost—it simply reserves your spot and allows us to respond quickly when needs arise. A 10% deposit locks in your priority, and once the contract total is reached, we’ll renew it to keep you at the top of our schedule.
